Mount Pleasant Senior Gage Redmond signed his National Letter of Intent to play football for Mars Hills University. Redmond, a three-year varsity letter winner for the Tigers, helped secure the interior of a defense that was instrumental in helping Mount Pleasant secure a conference championship and advance to the third round of the NCHSAA playoffs. Gage, an all-RRC defensive linemen, will be competing with the Lions in the South Atlantic Conference against the likes of Wingate, Lenoir-Rhyne, and Catawba. We are proud of Gage for all his accomplishments, and wish him the best of luck as he takes his athletic and academic career to the next level! Good luck Gage!
