MPHS Tigers to travel to Jerry Richardson Stadium at UNC-Charlotte 9.8.17

Redmond Commits to Mars Hill

Mount Pleasant Senior Gage Redmond signed his National Letter of Intent to play football for Mars Hills University.  Redmond, a three-year varsity letter winner for the Tigers, helped secure the interior of a defense that was instrumental in helping Mount Pleasant secure a conference championship and advance to the third round of the NCHSAA playoffs. 

Tigers’ Sloop Commits to St. Andrews

Mount Pleasant volleyball standout Kaylah Sloop recently inked her commitment to play at St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, North Carolina.  The Lady Knights are members of the NAIA and compete in the Appalachian Athletic Conference. Kaylah is a 3-time letter winner for Mount Pleasant, and was named all-RRC each of those three years.  She was selected RRC Volleyball
